MATT
Matt has worked at Leon Country Floors & More since 2010. He is our warehouse manager and our in-house handy man! He is a jack of all trades and can fix most things. He’s also great with computers and figuring out how things work. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering at church, playing video games and riding his motorcycle.
KIRK
Kirk has been with Leon Country Floors & More since 2019. He is one of our flooring experts and is great with customers. The most important things to Kirk outside of work is his family and loves spending time with them. When he is not at home or work, he loves being outdoors and hunting. He mostly hunts for deer and turkey, but sometimes other animals. He also is great at cooking what he hunts and is great at cooking in general.
Mikaela
Mikaela has been at Leon Country Floors & More since 2023. She is our office administrator and helps with anything that needs to be done including accounting, labels, and getting creative with advertising. While she’s not a work, she loves spending time with her husband, son, 2 dogs and 2 cats. During the summer she goes camping, fishing, or antiquing, and in the winter she loves ice fishing or staying at home with her family. Her secret talent is she can solve a rubrics cube!
BRAD
Brad has been with Leon Country Floors & More since 2019. Brad works in our warehouse and does a variety of different things for us including lawn care, maintenance, and handy-work. When he isn’t working, he loves to hunt. He hunts for a variety of different animals including: deer, elk, turkey, bear, antelope, squirrel and caribou. When he’s not working or hunting, he likes spending time with his St. Bernard, Duke, at home.
BEN
Ben has been at Leon Country Floors & More since he was 16 years old! Ben also served both in the Army and Airforce starting in 2009 thru 2021. He is now the proud owner of Leon Country Floors & More and has put a lot of work into making it what it is today. When given the opportunity, he loves learning about business and how to be a better leader. His favorite activity outside of work is spending time with his wife, son and 2 dogs. He also loves fishing and relaxing out by the lake.
CHRISTY
Christy is one of our long-term flooring experts who has been here since 2006! She has great knowledge of all types of flooring and loves working with customers. When she’s not working, she loves the outdoors and going camping with her family.
JEFF
Jeff founded Leon County Floors & More in 2006 and is now semi-retired after more than 30 years in the flooring industry. Jeff began his flooring journey in a warehouse, transitioned to sales, and eventually took the leap to open his own store. In his leisure time, he enjoys fishing, reading the newspaper, playing cards, and spending time with his wife and dog.
KALLIE
Kallie has been with Leon Country Floors & More for the past 5 years. Her favorite activity outside of work is reading, sewing and baking. She lives with her husband, one son and 2 dogs where they enjoy fishing and kayaking. Things she loves are: bonfires, wine and card games (Euchre and cribbage especially). She even has a secret talent: making and arranging charcuterie boards!
BRIAN
Brian has been with Leon Country Floors & More since 2022, but has over 20+ years in the flooring industry. When he’s not working, he enjoys going out on his side-by-side, watching sports, spending time with friends/family and hunting. His favorite sports are football and wrestling.
